Our commitment to the protection of our staff, our facilities and our customers’ goods is demonstrated by our investment both in fire-prevention and fire-fighting measures as well as in the selection of the appropriate CCTV equipment.

Specifically:

Fire-Prevention – Fire-Fighting Measures

The warehouse is divided into 2 independent fire compartments, separated by special fire-resistant material. The Fire-fighting measures include a fixed fire sprinkler system and an independent water supply network for hose reels with two independent fire pump rooms. Each fire pump room has a water tank with a 60 m3 capacity (120 m3 in total), from which independent pipes lead to each fire compartment’s network and each warehouse’s network. All buildings have an extensive automatic fire detection system, manual fire buttons, emergency lighting and hand-held fire extinguishers. The charging of the batteries of the lifting machines is done in areas located outside the warehouse.

Technology equipment – CCTV

In today’s world, security cameras are an indispensable tool for home and business. GR SAMSON has paid particular attention to the protection of its customers’ goods against theft. The CCTV is a system for monitoring and recording video images. It consists of cameras placed in the areas which we want to monitor, along with the recording device. Using a state-of-the-art CCTV monitoring system, we can supervise our area or even view previous recordings in order to identify an incident which may have taken place days ago. Finally, besides the CCTV system, we also have a long-term cooperation with a private security company for frequent and irregular (and essentially unpredictable) 24-hour supervision of the area.
